Donetsk Botanical Garden was established June 25, 1964 by the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The garden runs along Bogodukhovskaya beams. Its territory is 7 ponds, and the total area of 263 hectares. Botanic Garden grow up 5,5 thousand species of plants. The garden also has 5 greenhouses with total area of 1200 sq. m. which simulated tropical and subtropical conditions. |

In Voroshilov district of the city of Donetsk is a park forged figures. The park is famous sculptural compositions forged from metal. The park was opened in 2001 and since then every year here an international festival of blacksmith's skill. The best works of the masters remain in the park as a gift to the city. |

Central Park of Culture and Rest Shcherbakova Park in Donetsk, is named in honor of Alexander Sergeevich Shcherbakov - Secretary of the Donetsk Oblast Party Committee in 1936-1938. The park was founded in 1932. In 2006, there was a complete reconstruction of the park. Main architect of the project spoke VI Romanchikov. |

Ukrainian steppe is a sculpture park on the boulevard of Pushkin in Donetsk. The park was opened in 2006. In the Ukrainian steppe park has 11 sculptures made of limestone and the Crimea are single and group composition of people, animals, and sculpture-abstraction. A general theme of works is slavonic mythology and way of life. |
