Holy Virgin Church was built in 1885, commissioned by Grand Duke Romanov. Well known architect, author of the Vladimir Cathedral in Sevastopol Avdeev prepared a draft, and for 6 months, the temple was built. Completed it in the Georgian-Vyzantine style.
In the late XIX - early XX temple was considered one of the most beautiful on the southern coast of Crimea. In 1924 the church was closed, and subsequently in 1928, expected to demolish the temple.
In 1992, the church returned to the Church and now in its divine services, and is partial restoration.
