How to book
What happens when I complete my reservation?
By completing the reservation, you enter into an agreement with us, which substantially means that, you:
a: Accept that we charge your credit card on the day you make a booking. Please note that we will check if your credit card is in order upon completion of the reservation. If it is not, or if our bank fails to connect to your bank (common for certain countries), no reservation can be made. In this case, please contact us by e-mail: email@example.com
b: Accept that we charge your card for the first night, if you fail to cancel no later than mentioned into " Rate Terms and Conditions" of the reservation.
How do I pay?
As the final step of your reservation, you will be asked for your name, address and credit card number. This data is necessary to make a payment. We use SSL 128 bit encryption to ensure the safety of these data. Your privacy is sacred to us and we will not be using your data for any kind of promotion whatsoever. If you experience any problems with the reservation procedure, it is probably because your browser is too old to support encryption or that you have turned off the execution of Java-scripts.
Can I terminate my booking?
Yes, you can delete the entire booking if you click on "Cancel booking" button in the basket.
When have I confirmed the booking?
Your booking is complete when you have filled in all the details on the page for "Customer details and payment" and clicked on "Confirm booking" at bottom right. When the booking is complete, your "Booking confirmation" will be shown, and at any time you can login and look at your current and earlier bookings. Click on "Log in" and use the username and password you have received, together with your email confirmation.

Hotels and Payment terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. When making your booking you should quote the credit card number from which payment is to be taken. We will send you confirmation by email once payment has been authorized. All prices are stated and charged in Euros.
Paying online and Customer Service
The following cards are accepted for payment: Visa and MasterCard.
Once your booking has been made, you will be sent confirmation by email. Please check that all the details agree with what you have booked!
• If you do not intend to use your booked hotel room, cancel your reservation as soon as possible here on our homepage. You can also fax in your cancellation to + 380 442217702.
• If the reservation is cancelled less than mentioned in the Rate Terms and Conditions before arrival to the hotel, the 100% of room rate for the first night will be charged.

Check-in / Check-out
Usually check-in starts at 14:00 hrs (2:00 pm) on the arrival day; check-out - till 12:00 at noon on the departure day.
